My old Andreja Premium wasn't producing consistent shots; the pump was loud and it would suddenly lose pressure occasionally. Chris' Coffee techs confirmed that I needed a new pump and also recommended several other inexpensive parts to replace. After installing the parts and calibrating the pressure, the machine is back to making great shots.

Believe it or not, I had the toughest time trying to get my Rocket repaired as well as purchasing a new machine, with an another well known Espresso Company in NYS. With Chris' Coffee, it was the absolute opposite! I had the best experience in purchasing a new Rocket as well as having my old one repaired. Any issues whatsoever, they are there to serve you the best they know how. I am very impressed! Joe, the technician is outstanding! He is super informative of all walks of espresso machines. Thank you to Joe and everyone at Chris's!! BTW, it is worth the 3 hour drive for us, and that is one way!

Chris' Coffee has been 100% perfect with Sales & Service. Our Victoria Arduino needed Warranty Service and the whole team committed to a quick fix. Joe Blowers was our main point of contact, and serviced the machine. He was communicative, professional and efficient. These guys are great.

I want to thank you and your crew of your company because you are amazing. I gave my order in the afternoon and it was packed, shipped and I received it the next day. I’m happy with the machine, I have many espresso machines, but this machine is really different and I love it! We use this espresso machine for special events out on the street! We roast our coffee, grind it, and use this sweet espresso machine on the street corner in front of our cafe!! Thank you for your service and I can’t wait for the next machine purchase!

I went to Chris Coffee yesterday for the first time after to doing much research on espresso machines and other retailers all over the country. My first impression pulling Into the massive stunning facility I was taken back. As a kid pulling into Disney world I was instantly excited. Once I entered through the front door the waiting area was set up nicely. It had stunning rocket apartamento for guests to get a classy complimentary espresso. I was instantly greeted and met with my salesman Mike. He was incredibly knowledgeable on all my list of espresso dual boiler machines I was considering and gave me honest informed experience with each machine. He assisted with the entire package. Grinder, tamper, the whole 9 for the setup. It was truly a pleasure and refreshing. I left with the Alex duetto. I was a fan of Chris’s coffee just from following them, doing research and watching YouTube videos. After leaving there and being there for the first time with all the warm individuals who work there I left feeling like family. Viva espresso!
